Hawthorn has caught attention for its cardiotonic effects, improving muscle tone, oxygen uptake, and circulation in the heart. It dilates blood vessels (which may lower blood pressure) and allows energy to and from the heart to move more freely. Like many of the rose family plants it's been used for heartache, grief, and anxiety for centuries. I also find the blend of berries, leaves & flowers helpful for fear and feeling of impending doom.
Linden is a calming nervine that may help lower blood pressure and allows us to feel and hold our sorrow, acknowledge our discomforts.
Rose brings in protective energy and softness, a gentleness to ourselves, opening a space we can flourish, find self-love and reconnect to passions.
Gotu Kola is renowned as a brain tonic, helping with memory and removal of fogginess. It also helps strengthens connective tissues thus nourishing and building vessels throughout the body.
Hibiscus is packed with antioxidants, is energetically cooling, and may help lower tension on the circulation system.

I love this blends all the time, but espeically when I need centering to feel into my heart space, to move from the heart space. Enjoy 2-3 squirts, 3x daily, directly in mouth or into a small amount of liquid.
