Nettle has the ability to put us back in our body. I love it as a an embodiment ally when working on physical dissociation. It also does wonders for soothing, nourishing and healing since it’s loaded in vitamins and minerals. People especially enjoy this herb for it’s rich iron source. Organically grown and dried in house! 

extracted in glycerine helps maintain more nutrients and having been fresh, can help reduce allergy flares. nettle gets often talked of for its histamine reducing actions but that’s only available if the plant is fresh!
