The Ritual:
As you day begins, enjoy 2 squirts, before meals, directly in mouth or in a small amount of liquid. Can be repeated 2-3 times a day when focus and clear mind is needed.

Organically grown Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), organically grown rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus), organically grown gynostemma (Gynostemma pentaphyllum), organic rose hydrosol (rosa spp), wild reishi (Ganoderma tsugae), organically grown gotu kola, (Cymbopogon citratus), organic prickly ash (Zanthoxylum americanum), organic cane alcohol, spring water.
How to Use
Drop dose in a small amount of water and consume.
