An Herbal Reading is a one-on-one consultation weaving astrology, clinical herbalism, and alchemical psychology to craft a custom herbal tincture that supports your physical vitality, emotional rhythm, and soul's unfolding in this current season of life.

This work invites the body to become an active participant in transformation. Where the reading speaks your goals, astrology chart, and relational unfolding to offering a slow medicine that nourishes and grounds spirit in form. My approach is grounded not only in years of herbal medicine work and study, but depth & alchemical psychology, both grounded in radical ecopsychology. (I have been professional trained in all these areas and developed my own embodied and experiential knowledge)

Rooted in the principles of alchemy, depth psychology, and ecology, this session begins with your birth chart, a map of elemental balance and planetary influences shaping your health, emotions, and creative life. Through guided conversation, we explore your current goals, challenges, and thresholds, listening for where the body and psyche are calling for nourishment, release, or renewal.

From there, I intuitively select herbal allies, organically grown or wildcrafted, whose physiological, elemental, and symbolic signatures mirror your chart's archetypal story. The resulting tincture blend acts as both medicine, crafted to harmonize inner and outer rhythms.

Your tincture becomes a ritual ally, an embodied elixir designed to ground awareness, restore vitality, and help you engage transformation through the intelligence of the body.

A 50-minute private consultation (virtual or in-person) exploring your natal chart, current themes/ concerns, and the plants aligned with your process.

A custom herbal tincture, formulated specifically for your chart and current needs.

A recording of our session and a brief explanation of your blend's plants, planetary correspondences, and energetic properties. As well as any additional recommendations. 

Each tincture is prepared in rhythm with the lunar and planetary cycles, becoming an alchemical bridge between psyche and soma, a way to metabolize insight, emotion, and experience through the living medium of the plants.
