Decoct slowly over several hours. Reishi pairs beautifully with warming spices, astragalus, or cacao. Use as a daily tonic in broths, teas, or ritual elixirs.
Make a tea or you can tincture the dried herb at a 1:5 ratio (1oz herb to 5 oz alcohol of 40–75%, depending on what you can get your hands on).
