This tea will melt the mind and body, releasing busy thoughts and tense muscles so you may enjoy a restful night.
2 oz bagged loose leaf herbal tea (caffeine free)
How to use:
Brew 1 heaping spoonful in 8oz nearly boiling water for 5-10 minutes, strain, add sweetener of choice (if desired) and enjoy! Our favorite way to prepare tea is adding herbs to hot water, letting it sit overnight, straining in the morning and then gently reheating or adding hot water as desired. Delightful served cold as well!
