This tea is is my favorite way to start the day. It clears the night fog and helps set you up for a day of focus. Sweet, citrus and a hint of spice. Gynostemma is such a special plant that contains similar phyto-chemicals to ginseng but grows abundantly, also called "sweet tea vine" or "jiaogulan" it is paired with lemon balm and Tulsi to make my favorite combination for centering my mind and setting me up for having a great day.
1.5oz bagged loose leaf herbal tea (caffeine free)
How to use:
Brew 1 heaping spoonful in 8oz nearly boiling water for 5-10 minutes, strain, add sweetener of choice (if desired) and enjoy! Our favorite way to prepare tea is adding herbs to hot water, letting it sit overnight, straining in the morning and then gently reheating or adding hot water as desired. Delightful served cold as well!
